I made this for dinner the night before last and my family loved it! I am not sure who to credit for it because I found it being shared over and over on Facebook, but whoever created it developed a yummy recipe! Thank you! Ingredients
1 box elbow macaroni
1 Big can pureed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 Small can tomato paste
4 Cups cheese (I used 2 cups cheddar & 2 cups mozzarella)
1lb ground beef or turkey
Directions
Step 1
Use whatever spices you like in the tomato sauce. I used lots of garlic, some sea salt, oregano and basil
Step 2
Brown the meat and drain. Boil the pasta. Heat all the tomato sauces in a pot and add your spices.
Step 3
Mix meat, pasta, and sauce in a large lasagna pan. Mix in two cups of cheese..stir well.
Step 4
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Throw in a crusty french bread and a side veggie and you have a fantastic family dinner
