I bought a new cookbook yesterday when we went to Sam’s Club… it’s called Southern Living: The Way to Fry.  Just what I needed, a book FULL of fried recipes… but they all looked and sounded so good I couldn’t resist!  Most of the recipes are really simple with ingredients that most people would already have or would typically use in everyday cooking.  There aren’t many (if any) of the fancy ingredients in the recipes… these are my kind of recipes!
