  1. Just the experience of first meeting your baby and what an incredible bond you have.
Also, how you would do anything to protect your baby.

  2. I would have loved someone to talk to when I started losing my hair after I had my son.

  3. I really didn’t have anyone to talk with for my first three children, and the one thing I would share with any mom planning on breast feeding is not to give up trying if at first your baby does not latch, i regret every day that I listened to the hospital for my first child when they told me that she was better off on formula….

  4. I would have loved someone closer to talk to… my family lives across the country, and my husband’s family hadn’t had children in years.

  5. with my 3rd I almost had to get to the hospital by having the Domino’s pizza delivery service drive me. Thankfully a minute later a neighbor showed up. An experience I will never live down.

  6. I had no clue about the NICU experience and going in to labor early. The thought didn’t cross my mind and my pregnancy was normal and incident free! Definitely an eye opener!!!

  7. The one thing I would advise is to take it easy on yourself… NO parent is perfect… as long as you love your baby and provide for their needs, they will turn out just fine!
